Abstract

A new dispatch and control method for active power of wind farm clusters based on fusion information is proposed, which minimizes the total power curtailment and total power shortage, on the base of grasping and using the correlation among wind farms, and also maximum output for a single wind farm and total wind power of the cluster fulfilling the requirements of the power system dispatch instruction. Wind power forecast, energy storage regulation, dispatch instruction and the situation of wind turbines among the wind clusters are all blended. And then, to amend the dispatch instruction according to the wind power forecast of different time scale, and optimize the regulation of energy storage and wind turbines by the high precision single point forecast. 基于融合信息的风电场集群有功优化调度与控制研究
