Search articles using three databases used PubMed, Willy, Science Direct. The keywords used are Effectiveness, Complementary Therapy Pregnancy. The review and characterization was carried out by means of a critical appraisal using the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) study tool. Complementary therapy is a supportive therapy that has been widely used in various countries, and has benefits and an effective strategy in reducing pregnancy problems. Types of therapy that are often used such as massage, yoga and herbs. The disadvantage of complementary therapy methods is that there is still limited evidence based that examines complementary therapies Complementary therapy is a supportive therapy that has been applied in various countries and is effective in reducing health problems.
