Taking the arrangement ratio of ordinary yarn and mosquito-proof yarn in the face, fabric structure, ordinary raw material in the face yarn,the raw material in the bottom yarn as fabric specifications test factors, the weaving scheme of 12 mosquito-proof fabrics were determined according to the level additional test. The relationship between fabric drapability, fabric wrinkle resistance, fabric pilling resistance was studied by orthogonal experiment. Abstract

艾草涤纶防蚊无缝针织物外观性能研究
本文以艾草提取物为驱蚊剂原料,加入涤纶纺丝原液中,制备竹涤纶防蚊纱样品。然后研究织物的外观性能,测试综合防蚊织物在使用中是否能保持原有的外观特性。以普通纱与防蚊纱在面中的排列比例、织物结构、面纱中普通原料、底纱中原料为织物规格试验因素,根据水平附加试验确定了12种防蚊织物的织造方案。采用正交试验法研究了织物悬垂性、织物抗皱性、织物抗起球性三者之间的关系。结果表明:面纱中普通原料对织物悬垂性影响最大,面纱排列比例对织物抗皱性影响最小,面纱排列比例对织物抗起球性影响最大,从而找出具有较好织物悬垂性、织物抗皱性和织物抗起球性的织物设计工艺。这为艾草防蚊涤纶无缝针织物的开发提供了良好的基础。
