There is a relationship between the practice of servant leadership among high school principals in the Rusaifah district and the motivation of principals for achievement. There were no statistically significant differences at the level of (α≤ 0.05) about the practice of servant leadership among secondary school principals in the Rusaifah district from the teacher's point of view, due to gender, educational qualification and experience, The researchers recommended the necessity of conducting further studies on leadership patterns and their relationship to achievement motivation. Abstract
