In terms of balance rate, the improved production line has a better effect than before, which makes the production line reach the scientific management level and provides a reference for the improvement of similar production line balance. Abstract

: In order to solve the motor production line balance is low, low production efficiency, production capacity can not reach the expectations, the high rate of worker operation error. 基于工业工程方法的电机生产线平衡优化
:解决电机生产线平衡性低、生产效率低、生产能力达不到预期、工人操作错误率高的问题。本文采用工业工程过程分析法、ECRS原理、“5W1H”和实施6S现场管理,对生产线的整体生产运行和部分工作单元的操作内容进行了改进。生产线的平衡率由71.72%提高到78.23%。在平衡率方面,改进后的生产线比以前的效果更好,使生产线达到了科学的管理水平,为同类生产线平衡的改进提供了参考。对制造领域的研究成果具有重要的理论意义,对企业具有实用价值。
