Socialist Self-Management of Production

Abstract

The creation of an effective system of management presupposes the consistent reform of all forms of socialist democracy. The January 1987 Plenum of the CPSU Central Committee attached paramount importance to the development of self-management in the production sphere. Questions in the theory and practice of socialist self-management of production have consequently taken on new importance.
