Intelligent agent models for information and telecommunication systems

Abstract

This paper discusses the problem of increasing the intellectual level of modern information and telecommunication systems (ITS) through the use of software intelligent agents in order to solve the problems of managing ITS components. A formal description of the ITS intelligent agent is developed, which implements exact and fuzzy rules in the production behavior model. The possibilities of categorical and theoretical presentation of models of intelligent agents are discussed and directions for further improvement of the proposed approach are formulated.
