Modern society determines the order for highly profes- sional specialists in the field of education. For successful realization of professional activity graduate a teacher training University must satisfy the requirements stated in the professional standard of the teacher. In preparing future teachers the competence are formed, stated in the federal state educational standard of higher education by the direction of Teacher Education. Therefore there is a problem of development of the basic professional educational program that meets the requirements of these and other regulations. The paper proposes a solution to this problem at the expense of establishing of correspondence between competencies declared in the federal state educational standard of higher education, and labor functions specified in the professional standard of the teacher. The variant of implementation of established conformity of the content of the discipline variable part of Basic Professional Educational Program is reviewed.
