As a result, we obtained that there are various approaches in the use of software applications in the diagnosis of chronic diseases and these can be organized into three categories: support for medical professionals, optimization of resources used in diagnosis and training for new doctors or practitioners. Abstract

The aim of this research was to present the approaches in the use of software applications in the diagnosis of chronic diseases in health centers through an analysis of the scientific literature of the last 10 years.
