So, solving UC with plants like WEG has become a vital topic of research in present days. A strategy of solving such problems is presented in this paper with having the objective of minimizing the cost and handling risks introduced due to WEGs. Abstract
The day ahead unit commitment (UC) problem is one of the biggest challenges of power system operation as it requires not only the demand of fulfilling the system constraints but also in most economical way.
