Abstract
The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between the effectiveness of management processes and organizational justice according to the opinions of teachers working in official schools located in the central districts of Konya province (Selcuklu, Meram, Karatay). The sample of the research consists of 26 schools and 398 teachers. 53.3% (n = 212) of the participants are male and 46.7% (n = 186) are female teachers. Participants are 90.7% (n = 361) undergraduate and 9.3% (n = 37) postgraduate. According to the demographic characteristics of the teachers forming the sample in the research, the majority of the students (30.9%, n = 123) were aged 46 and over; (24.4%, n = 97) It has been determined that they have a service year of 26 years or more. In this study, “Organizational Justice Scale” developed by Colquitt (2001) and adapted from English to Turkish by Ozmen, Arbak and Ozer (2005) was used with the scale of “Effectiveness of Management Processes” developed by Gul (2017). This research is in relational screening model. According to the findings of the study, the sub-dimension of decision-making process of the effectiveness of management processes significantly affects the variability of organizational justice in the operational justice dimension. Decision, organization, communication and evaluation process sub-dimensions of the effectiveness of management processes significantly affect the distribution justice sub-dimension of organizational justice. Again, the decision-making, communication and evaluation process of the effectiveness of management processes significantly affect the interaction justice sub-dimension of organizational justice. In the research, it has been determined that there is a moderate positive relationship between the effectiveness of management processes in school management and organizational justice. In this context, it can be said that with the increasing participation of teachers in the functioning of the management processes in schools, the perceptions of organizational justice formed within the institution can increase positively. Therefore, it is recommended that teachers' opinions are included in the functioning of management processes in order to create a positive perception of organizational justice for their managers.
