However, RSUs have limited data storage capacities and restricted communication ranges. In this paper, we jointly consider these two aspects with a goal of deploying the minimal number of RSUs while still covering all points of interest. Abstract

Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) have been an important research area focused on improving the efficiency of future transportation systems. In an ITS, vehicular networks are used to collect and transmit data from various points of interest.
