Construction of Development Mechanism for Agricultural Professional Managers

Abstract

Agricultural professional managers are both an important force in the strategy of rural revitalization and a result of the development of modern agriculture to a certain stage. As a systematic project, the development of agricultural professional managers involves mechanisms of entry, training, incentive, restraint, examination, withdrawal and service. This paper puts forward suggestions for the development of agricultural professional managers and provides dynamic support for the development of rural economy.
