The cross-sensitivity of the accelerometer is tested and the cross-axis sensitivity is about 8% of the main-axis. Abstract

A high frequency fiber Bragg grating (FBG) accelerometer based on corrugated diaphragm has been proposed. The mechanical model is demonstrated.
