The purpose of this research is to design an interactive web-based learning media for Basic Physics which is devoted to the concept of reflection and refraction of light waves. To understand the concept better, a visualization and simulation method is needed to develop intuition and physical reasoning to help students solve the problem. Application that has been successfully developed is called FisikaSims. FisikaSims is a web- based simulation website that is specially designed to learn reflection and refraction of light waves concept. The development process followed the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method and tested with Black box testing. Furthermore, the usage of the application is analyzed by using Webqual method with three categories, which are usability, information quality, and service interaction. The scoring system is using Likert scale 1–5 from very dissatisfied to very satisfied.
