Abstract
The image fusion methods have discussed easy and systematic digital image fusion method which is clearly designed for visual sensor networks prepare with resource constrained, battery power image sensors signed in CCD device, dangerous environment like battlefields etc. Here the fusion of multi-modal images compute in Discrete Cosine Transform is based on maximum value alternating current (AC) coefficients. The method controls the calculations and energy limitation of low power devices and explore on the basis of image quality and calculation energy. The overall objective of this paper is to design and implement the various image fusion techniques to find the best technique among the available well-known techniques. This paper ends up with the suitable future directions in order to enhance the AC-DCT fusion method further.
