Abstract
A 60 GHz planar doped barrier (PDB) subharmonically pumped mixer using 10 μm mesa diodes has been designed and fabricated using a new cross-guide mounting configuration. RF performance data using a 30 GHz local oscillator and a signal frequency of 59.5 GHz are discussed.
