The AFSS adopts compact arrangement, fractal gap introduced, symmetry design and the integrated design of the bias network. The simulation results show that the AFSS obtain a reconfigurable passband ranged from 9.6 to 12.7 GHz by variable diodes. Abstract
An active frequency selective surface (AFSS) with wide reconfigurable passband is proposed in this paper.
