The Development of Criminal Procedure Law

Abstract

The paper analyzes the development of the investigation measures,i.e.,the improvement and perfection of traditional investigative measures,the amendment and perfection of the investigation of concealed identity,and the modification and perfection of technical investigation measures.On this foundation,it further discusses the insufficiency of the improvement and perfection in investigation measures of the amended Criminal Procedure Law,and suggests that legislative suggestions and detection measures be improved.
