Abstract

Based on the available theoretical calculations and methods for determining natural frequencies, a method for determining the natural frequencies of valve springs of internal combustion engines was developed and tested. In the course of this work, the following results were obtained: a methodology for determining the natural frequencies of valve springs of an internal combustion engine was developed, an experimental study was conducted to determine the natural frequencies of an internal combustion engine, confirmation of the studies carried out by determining the natural frequencies of the object of research on a vibration stand.
