The dynamic commutation process and loss distribution characteristics of the inverter are analyzed. Finally, a simulation model of a single-phase half-bridge TL-ANPC inverter needs to be based on the PLECS and MATLAB/Simulink platforms. Abstract

Three Level Active Neutral-Point-Clamped (TL-ANPC) inverters are under a variety of zero-level redundant switching states, which can overcome traditional neutral-point-clamped inverters. The problem of unbalanced loss of power switch tubes in the Neutral-Point-Clamped (NPC). This paper takes the single-phase half-bridge TL-ANPC inverter as the research object, proposes a loss-balanced modulation strategy for switching devices with bipolar carrier sinusoidal modulation wave decomposition, and derives the implementation process of the modulation strategy. 基于单相半桥TL-ANPC逆变器的损耗平衡调制策略研究
