The results obtained show that the service provided by the company within the construction area is a strength, because it is perceived in a satisfactory way by customers, and where a higher qualification of the human resource is relevant. The discussion validates the fact that leadership that is transformative cannot be alien to the efficiency and effectiveness of human resources within the Disney service model, because this will be reversed in achieving customer service in terms of quality higher. Abstract

Leadership is a central aspect in the development of organizations, because it is a source of motivation, inspiration and transformation of human resources within companies or companies, and this combination of elements, in turn, will generate a significant impact in organizational growth.
