There is a safety diagnosis circuit between the two channels, which can be used to realize the interaction between the systems. The software system is built by using the core software of movable value PLC with independent intellectual property rights. Abstract

In this paper, aiming at the deficiency of traditional programmable logic controller (PLC) in safety protection performance, which is difficult to meet some special industrial control fields that require high safety and reliability of the controller, a safety programmable controller based on dual-CPU architecture is designed. The hardware system adopts 1oo2D dual-channel redundant security architecture and modular design. There is a safety diagnosis circuit between the two channels, which can be used to realize the interaction between the systems.
