X-ray Diffraction, transmission electron microscopy and selected-area electron diffraction revealed the single and twin-crystalline wurtzite nanostructures of ZnO along ±[ 0001] directions. Abstract
Zinc oxide (ZnO) nanoresistors have been successfully synthesized using a vapor phase transport method.
