The frequency synthesizer is based on the phase lock loop (PLL) scheme. Several factors that influence the phase noise, spurs and hopping time of PLL are analyzed. Abstract
In this paper, a frequency synthesizer for local oscillator (LO) in millimeter-wave 5G massive MIMO system is developed. The frequency synthesizer is based on the phase lock loop (PLL) scheme.
