Submission to the 2011 Australian Inquiry into Tobacco Plain Packaging by the House Committee on Health and Ageing

Abstract

This is a submission made in 2011 to the Inquiry into Tobacco Plain Packaging conducted by the Standing Committee on Health and Ageing of the Australian House of Representatives. The submission addresses the implications of the law of the World Trade Organization for the Tobacco Plain Packaging Bill 2011 (Cth) as introduced into the House of Representatives on 6 July 2011.
