The method was found useful for the extraction of organic matter and better yield of spore–pollen. The extracted significant palynomorphs such as Dipterocarpuspollenites retipilatus, Myrtaceidites spp., Ctenolophonidites costatus, Polygalacidites spp. demonstrate excellent preservation and clear morphological features as observed in modern ones.
