Abstract

The correct selection of the methodology for the construction of an information system is essential for its effective functioning. The final results depend on what stages, techniques, and means will be used and in what sequence they will be applied. The present paper focuses on improving the characteristics of the information systems based on the solutions of optimization problems satisfying the requirements of the established world standard for quality assessment. The potential for improvement is based on a real educational information system. Quantitative evaluation of system parameters by using a quality assessment approach based on ISO/IEC 25010:2011 standard is illustrated. Results of the solution of an optimization problem about quality standard criteria are presented.
信息系统质量优化方法在教育中的应用
