Abstract

A 1.4 GHz high gain Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) with single ended input and differential output for global navigation systems like GPS operating in L3 and L4 bands is proposed in this paper. This design has two stages, the first stage uses an inductor-degeneration topology and the second stage has two branches to generate amplified differential output and it reuses the current from positive terminal to reduce the disturbance at high gain due to mismatch.
