A trash bin contains an array of sensors is programmed to notify the Corporation Department of the warning that the trash would overflow in some time. Once the department gets a signal on the over-flowing trash, it can be cleared immediately. It is to be programmed against a regular timeframe where it would work for a specified interval in a particular area. The proposed model will function on the client-server model relying on message passing system.
