By deriving and solving the dynamics differential equation, the dynamic analysis of each boom and the dynamic relationship between the cylinder pressure and flow are carried out. The results show that the vibration of the boom during lifting is due to the interaction between the extending motion and the flexible elastic vibration. In addition, it is necessary to consider the effect of the elastic deformation of each boom. Abstract

For the vibration of boom system which caused by luffing system of aerial platform folding-jib in working condition, the dynamic differential equation of the boom system is established by using the flexible multibody dynamics theory and the Lagrange equations in this article. By deriving and solving the dynamics differential equation, the dynamic analysis of each boom and the dynamic relationship between the cylinder pressure and flow are carried out. The results show that the vibration of the boom during lifting is due to the interaction between the extending motion and the flexible elastic vibration. In addition, it is necessary to consider the effect of the elastic deformation of each boom. This paper also provides theoretical foundation for deep research on the hydraulic control system to control the vibration of the boom.
折叠臂航空平台变幅系统动力学建模与分析
