Factors of leadership and job satisfaction often become a reference in developing creativity. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership, job satisfaction on creativity. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population in this study were all teachers who had academic qualifications and teacher competency certificates totaling 483 teachers. The sample in this study, Private Vocational Schools teachers in Karawang Regency. The technique used to determine the sample is a simple random sampling technique, which is a technique that provides equal opportunities for each element of the selected population. The sample size in this study uses the Slovin formula. Based on the above calculation, it can be seen that the sample in this study amounted to 219 teachers. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale.
