Abstract
A novel kind of Add/Drop Mode Division Multiplexer based on a Mach-Zehnder interferometer with SubWave-length Grating waveguides as arms is presented. The proposed device exhibits less than 1dB insertion loss and more than 20dB extinction ratio in the whole C-Band.
