In its turn, this requires a qualified and flexible labour force that can adapt to the market needs. The ability to defeat competition at a national and international level, is based on the indissoluble link between education and employment, because the former allows a greater receptivity of the educational system to the requirements of the labour market. The approach of the present paper is a multidimensional one, examining the interactions between the educational productivity and the employment requirements. The research is based on some questionnaires which allow a better understanding of the processes and results of some educational systems, together with the requirements specific to the labour market.
