E-government plays an increasingly significant role in our day-to-day lives. The proposed interactive framework is composed of eight elements: front ending organizations portal and personalization, existing e-government service systems, interaction and transaction, vertical & horizontal integration channels, electronic participation, m-government core platform, delivery service channels, and end customer. Experiments were conducted to validate the framework's feasibility and results demonstrate the capabilities of the proposed framework.
