Abstract

A novel, simple and accurate Single-Slope Capacitance-to-Digital Converter (SSCDC) suitable for differential capacitive sensors is presented in this paper. Differential capacitive sensors have two capacitors that vary in a push-pull manner with-respect-to the measurand.
