Abstract

When discussing the issue of the context of architecture, it is important to pay attention to the possibilities of impact and connections between the building and is surroundings. Some buildings are connected with the area in terms of functionality, others in terms of history and others in terms of nature. Different styles of finishes, materials or forms directly affect the dialogue between the architecture and nature. This issue is worth discussing in more detail in order to understand the reasons why the architecture of Warmia and Mazury stands out among other regions of Poland.
