Abstract

Oil companies globally, are already restructuring their business and operating models through digital innovation and engagement solutions to deliver the most valuable customer experience. The challenge remains of how to find ways to make the shift in customer power work, for mutual advantage while implementing digital loyalty programs that create and increase customer value. This paper discusses the latest trends of fuel loyalty programs and proposes a Smart Loyalty Program Platform (SLPP) for intelligent programs with personalized rewards, new loyalty currencies and humanized technology.
