Flash Programming Low Power Microcontrollers over the Internet

Abstract

The work presented in this paper focuses on a port development of a software driver for flashing MSP430 microcontrollers. The bootloader data stream is channeled over the wi-fi. To do this, one must have a proper bridge device that will connect a UART interface to the Internet and a high-level flashing application.
