Abstract
The fundamental criteria for the employment of young specialists are given and a forecast the employed university graduates quantity at enterprises in their specialty is made. A simulation model of the interaction of universities with enterprises, the labor market and urban infrastructures, which will allow determining the proportion of university graduates of various specialties demanded by the components of the model is developed and presented.
