Abstract
Photorefractive materials have been great potential in applications such as phase conjugation, optical data processing, image amplification and laser beam steering. The purpose of this communication is to show that crystals of different batchs-nominally pure and doped-may have different characteristics thus leading to significant variations in the photorefractive properties.
