Échinococcose alvéolaire hépatique (Echinococcus multilocularis) chez un chien

Abstract

Ce cas clinique nous présente un chien atteint de lésions hépatiques rares consécutives à une infestation par Echinococcus multilocularis. Une première partie s’attache à la description du cas clinique, la seconde partie s’intéresse à l’épidémiologie de cette pathologie commune à l’homme et au chien, ainsi qu’à son diagnostic et son traitement.

This clinical case presents a dog with rare hepatic lesions caused by an infection by Echinococcus multilocularis. The first part of the article is the description of the case, the second part deals with the epidemiology of that disease, shared by humans and dogs, its diagnosis and its treatment.
