Secondly, in order to make a solution of this unidirectional loop facility layout problem, it puts forward an improved genetic algorithm based on multipoint crossover operator of parent and child competition. Abstract

As a type of layout which can bring the material transport high flexibility, unidirectional loop layout is widely used in modern workshop layout. This paper deploys research around how to apply a unidirectional loop layout to optimize the facility layout in workshop. Firstly, it establishes a mathematic model of the optimization problem according to optimization objective and restriction condition. Secondly, in order to make a solution of this unidirectional loop facility layout problem, it puts forward an improved genetic algorithm based on multipoint crossover operator of parent and child competition. Finally, through the analysis of practical example of optimizing facility layout in blade workshop, it has verified the feasibility and validity of the method applied in the paper, and also proved the good results of using the improved genetic algorithm put forward in the paper to solve the facility layout problem.
基于改进遗传算法的单向环布置优化车间设施布置研究
单向回路布置作为一种能给物料输送带来高度灵活性的布置形式,在现代车间布置中得到了广泛的应用。本文围绕如何应用单向环路布局优化厂房设施布局展开了研究。首先,根据优化目标和约束条件,建立了优化问题的数学模型;其次,为了解决这一单向环路设施布局问题,提出了一种改进的基于父、子竞争多点交叉算子的遗传算法。最后,通过叶片车间设备布置优化的实例分析,验证了本文所采用方法的可行性和有效性,也证明了采用本文提出的改进遗传算法解决设备布置问题的良好效果。
