Abstract
We present progress towards a quantum-efficient microwave-to-optical transducer for quantum networks. We fabricate lithium niobate optical ring resonators with quality factors above 1 million and microwave LC resonators with simulated electro-optic coupling exceeding 0.8 GHz/V.
