Abstract

This paper presents a novel design of the differential, lumped-element Wilkinson power divider. Design process, simulation results and measurements of the proof-of-concept 3-dB, 100 MHz SMD-type power divider have been presented. Furthermore, a chip type 3-dB, 2.4 GHz divider has been designed for fabrication on a GaAs substrate. Simulations and measurements results prove usability of the presented method.
