The COVID-19 pandemic sent virtually all office employees as well as school and University students home worldwide. Working and studying from home has been the only option for them, with in person settings implemented during Fall 21 semester. Under these unprecedented circumstances, sustainable computer architecture providers have become the cornerstone of virtual collaboration and learning platforms on a scale never experienced before. While the Internet has been part of our lives for quite some time now, without scalable Grid, Cloud, and Virtualized Computing platforms addressing the COVID-19 pandemic would have been disastrous.
