GESTÃO DA CARREIRA: UMA ANÁLISE DO PERFIL DOS FORMANDOS DO CURSO DE ADMINISTRAÇÃO DA UFSM CAMPUS PALMEIRA DAS MISSÕES - RS

Abstract

The labor market in the scope of its competitiveness imposes on its members continuous training. This way, being aware of the professional future during his / her academic training contributes to the individual focusing on his / her learning, making insertion in such market less challenging. Then the study aims to analyze the profile of the graduates of the administration course of the Federal University of Santa Maria Campus of Palmeira das Missões RS, collaborating in general to obtain relevant data of this new professional. To do so, the research is classified as exploratory and descriptive, since it uses bibliographic research on topics related to the career and its planning and the college-labor market transition, and data collection, developed through a questionnaire. Some data were found regarding the respondents who deserve to be highlighted, such as the large majority of women and the predominant age group between 20 and 30 years. Finally, there is a need to carry out local research with the business community, in order to understand their market vision, in the same way that this study made possible the understanding of the profile of new managers.
