Abstract

A new quasi current resonant DC link (QCRDCL) topology has been developed. Although prototype current resonant DC link topologies for AC-AC power conversion have had such problems as irregular high current peaks and uncontrollable pulse width, this new topology enables the AC-AC conversion system to have the properties wherein the current peak is limited and the pulse width is adjustable.
