Firstly, the main factors affecting the innovation of Internet enterprises were analyzed by establishing a multiple regression model, followed by a case study approach, which mainly selected Bilibili, a typical enterprise of Internet video website, to analyze its corporate innovation. This paper analyzes the business system of Bilibili and studies the innovation of enterprise business model in three aspects: user group, profit model, and user stickiness. The study finds that: improving the incentive of training subjects; expanding the flexible charging space; enhancing participation awareness and retaining core users. Abstract

In the era of intelligence and big data, the integration of economic development and information technology is becoming closer and closer, and the development of video websites is becoming more and more rapid. 互联网企业创新的多元回归分析——基于哔哩哔哩的案例分析
在智能化、大数据时代,经济发展与信息技术的融合越来越紧密,视频网站的发展也越来越迅猛。首先,通过建立多元回归模型对影响互联网企业创新的主要因素进行分析,然后采用案例研究法,主要选取典型的互联网视频网站企业哔哩哔哩对其企业创新进行分析。本文分析了哔哩哔哩的商业体系,从用户群、盈利模式、用户粘性三个方面研究了企业商业模式的创新。研究发现:提高培训主体的激励;扩大灵活充电空间;增强参与意识,留住核心用户。从而为其他互联网视频网站企业管理者实施商业模式战略提供一定的参考和决策依据。
