Abstract

Employee job satisfaction can be improved if there is justice in work. Achieving job satisfaction can improve productivity and company performance. Career development is an effort in increasing employee job satisfaction. The results show acceptance H0, proves that career development has no significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The career development orientation by companies that are not balanced with the expectations of employees cause employee job satisfaction is not going well.  
职业发展对工薪阶层工作满意度的影响
如果工作公平,员工的工作满意度就会提高。获得工作满意度可以提高生产力和公司绩效。职业发展是提高员工工作满意度的一种努力。结果显示,接受度为0,证明职业发展对员工工作满意度没有显著影响。企业的职业发展导向与员工的期望不平衡,导致员工的工作满意度不高。
